Due to the diverse range of our furniture collection—varying significantly in size, weight, and dimensions—we do not offer a fixed delivery rate at checkout. Instead, we provide a customized logistics solution for every order to ensure the most cost-effective and safe transit for your items.

  • Payment Structure: The price shown in the checkout section represents the product cost and an initial processing commitment. The final delivery charges are calculated separately based on real-time logistics factors.

  • Customized Quotes: Once your order is placed, our logistics team will analyze your specific location and the items ordered. We will then reach out to you directly with the most feasible and affordable delivery quote.

  • Variable Transportation: Because our furniture is often bulky and heavy, the type of vehicle required for safe transport varies. Delivery charges will reflect the specific vehicle requirements needed to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

  • Pro-Tip for Savings: To maximize value, we recommend bulk purchases. Consolidating multiple items into a single shipment significantly reduces the per-item delivery cost compared to separate individual shipments.

Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. Due to the high-density materials and specialized handling required for our furniture sector, please allow a minimum of 15 business days for handling and processing.

The typical delivery timeframe is between 15–28 business days once the item leaves our warehouse. Depending on your specific location within India, you may receive your items earlier. Please note that transit times may be affected by distance, local regulations, or seasonal peak volumes.

Shipping Protection & Liability

We take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, liability for damages or transit issues depends on the delivery method used:

  • Direct Company Delivery: If your order is delivered directly by the Excel Furniture team and our own vehicles, we take full responsibility for the safety of your items. In the rare event of damage or failure during transit, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Third-Party Logistics: If your delivery is handled by an external third-party carrier (such as Shiprocket or other national logistics partners), the shipment is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that provider. While we will assist you in the claims process, any refunds, replacements, or compensation for loss or damage will be governed by the third-party service provider’s insurance and liability policies.

Important: We strongly recommend inspecting all items immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be documented and reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery to facilitate the appropriate claim process.

Taxes & Duties

While all prices on our website include domestic GST, customers may be liable for specific local entry taxes or octroi depending on state-specific laws at the destination. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
